I'm looking for SM5 background animations, the only one I found was VERY weak...
Some one know where can I get it?

No worries. Glad to point you in the right direction Keep an eye on that thread too as there are a few of us doing updates for the animations and scripting for song BGChanges.
Engine_Machiner is doing a fantastic job working at getting all the animations perfect so definitely check back every now and then.

I like very much your animations but my computer is not handling it well, I have huge fps slow down in some of them, I believe the problem is not YOUR animations as it look so simple, maybe SM is not well optimized or something with my computer
Strange, one is an 6 year old AMD with Windows 7, the other is an I5 (bought this year) with Windows 10 but SM performance is almost the same!

I've noticed that too with some of them, especially some of the spinning cut up kaleidoscope ones, also the ones that load in extra textures like the spinning heads with the white dot background. I'll see if I can optimise them a bit for everyone. I'll post here if I can work it out.

I like very much the kaleidoscope one, I already thought in leaving just this one there, but it really busy up the computer.
There is a way to make it more "active"? It move more? Like panning the background position? Rotate the kaleidoscope? Would be VERY nice. (maybe like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxxqdrrpgZc)
The one with orange and yellow "Dance" ones also mess the fps.

I think I might fix that yellow effect, yes, and about the kaleidoscope one, it already rotates, can you describe more about it?
It's really difficult to move.
I might check this on a low-end laptop too and check.
