Also

Poseidon / Quree

More like Votum Stellarum -for PIU XX-
What's wrong with DM Ashura? He makes some pretty good music, especially his newer songs have been poppin.

He’s been in the series as a whole since Pump it Up Pro 2 (2010) and the main series since Fiesta EX (2011), so yeah, it’s been a while:

Chaotic White (vs Enoch)
Go! (EK Mix)
Rave Until the Night is Over (Cyber Trance Mix)
Z -The New Legend-
Euphorium
Pi-Rho-Maniac

Allegro Con Fuoco
Rave Until the Night is Over
X-Rave
Elise
Ignis Fatuus
Allegro Piu Mosso
Annihilator Method
Move That Body!
Allegro Furioso
Fallen Angel

Quite the catalog if I do say so myself.

What happened to Banya and Yahpp?

They have either retired from production or moved on to bigger and brighter things. Yahpp, for instance, now composes music for churches.

That's... a weird career change; kinda reminds me of when I found out some of the Digibeat producers moved on from Eurobeat to making Asian-ambient music for restaurants.

Remember that HTML/Mobile version they promised?

Well...
https://www.facebook.com/Pump-it-Up-H5-Community-330879144157142/?__tn__=K-R&eid=ARAhZtz66UQFjBimnzO-hWIDpKFiKsWE16Mm_-GVtwq01ktieFW_Y1VBZnE4Q9TAr1XvpTP9BTo4TkEk&fref=mentions

This kinda looks like Flash Flash Revolution TBH. XD

UPDATE: Here's a review I left on their FB page.

Quote
Short Version: YIKES!
Long Version: The offsync is absolutely horrible, charts are way too easy (I get that this is literally a port of the mobile version, but it's a lot easier to do the Hard charts with an actual keyboard), There's no BGAs for any of the songs, the sound quality is super-compressed to the point it sounds like a Flash Flash Revolution ripoff circa 2005, and the list goes on.

I've played mobile rhythm games with much, MUCH higher quality than this (Groove Coaster, DJMAX, MUSYNX, etc); You're much better off playing PIU at the arcades or using Stepmania/StepF2 to play it at home.

That's a shame Sad I was looking forward to the HTML5/Mobile versions too...
If it ain't no natural law, then you can keep your regulations. 'Cause if I like it, I do it.

While I concur on the game's lackingness, I'd advise not name dropping StepMania or especially StepF2 on an official page because that might force Andamiro's hand and terminate it. If you can edit your actual FaceBook post, that'd be lovely.

They're literally a ripoff of DDR, dont think theyd be stupid enough to come for stepmania or stepf2.

Infinity is not based off of stepmania.

StepF2 directly lifts Pump it Up assets at source quality, including the videos, UI elements, and the soundtrack. That's why I'm concerned about mentioning it. It's not jealousy, it's the assets themselves.

Ah, I realize now that I misread your post. I thought you were saying that Andamiro would terminate their own game over it, not StepF2. Sorry about that.

No it's not, you're just assuming it does because Pro 1 and 2 do.

Infinity was co-developed by some of the PRO team and Andamiro. Infinity is using Andamiro own game engine not Stepmania.

Actually Infinity is StepMania. Despite how well they imitated the Korean engine (right down to the layout of the service menu), the telltale giveaways are the fact that it still shows the usual "Service switch pressed" prompt like SM, and the fact that this exists

Yeah that does make me question what I am remembering.

From what I am recalling I remember reading one of the team members from team infinity, saying it wasn't stepmania but andamiro's own game engine. This was years ago, so I could just be recalling incorrectly.
