Does anyone else find it really annoying that they always show screenshots of the workout mode interface rather than the music select?

I do. I've completey forgotten which new songs there are in this game, because the screenshots seems to show anything BUT the setlist.

Well, we saw the interface on the early vids with the Disturbia and Closer charts. It was similar to X but had changes.

I also like the new header and bars on the play screen.

To be honest I think the X2 theme is decent, though the Grading font is kind of annoying, as is the combo. It is mostly a recolor. I'd call it DDR X -Night- or something.

Any progress at all is great and I'm glad to see they finally decided on Hottest Party 3. Still dying to hear more concrete details on the game itself though (e.g., songlist, any presence of online, etc.) but little steps at a time.

So the new Quest/Master Mode is a boardgame, ala Mario Party? Kinda cool. Also, the pic showing 0.5x used is pretty encouraging... more fun, playable mods ahead!

A long time ago there was this stigma that the Street Fighter series could never go past 2 without restarting the series with a new name. Then they released Alpha 3 and broke the chain. Seriously if IIDX can build up to, what is it now, 17? Why can't anything else?

Also, first person to say 12thMIX gets a -1.

The 2 in the logo needs to be a hand sticking two fingers up at Europe.

Anyway, I'm guessing that'll mean there's a Universe 4?
