No it's not, that was temporary
The -100 Points thing isn't an instant ban anymore, but from what I've seen, it does paint a target on your back and your actions are watched and judged a lot more closely.

well even though the Mods and Admins have control to adjusting the rating pts. I just wanted to say "ganged up on him", to make it feel good (ok as crazy as it sounds), granted he shouldn't be banned, but we all agreed that he refused to listen to us.
