I find it amusing that Konami re-used their BG Movies and Animations (and almost everything) in this mix
and used it as "stage-set videos" in course mode like the Replicant d-Action songs

Seriously though, looks like the only way we can ever get to play X3 now is by either getting DDR II or importing the cab ourselves.

To be honest, there is probably a high chance of there not being a DDR III if sales for DDR II don't pick up. Sales have been slowly increasing week after week, but unless sales are able to be consistently well, there's a high probability of them not making another.

If you're really desperate to play new X3 content, just get a USB pad and StepMania when the simfiles are out

I've heard videos of the lesser unlocks, they sound good, the steps look good, it seems like a pretty solid mix. Honestly though, I wonder what we'll get on the 30th because we don't have many licenses and after all, that was the official release date.

Enjoy that for the next couple of months or take up a new hobby.

It could be good they don't release X3 here. It will encourage arcades to import a cabinet of better quality. Although the main issues with that are no unlocks and the fact most arcades are most likely not as willing to import as before.
