DDR X2 (AC) (International)

Product page was updated, but unfortunately there was little added to it. Just some information that has been available for months and a little more in-depth explanations of HAPPY MODE and PRO MODE.

The site still doesn't list an official release date (only listing "soon"), but the timing of this probably means that the July 7th release date is correct.

Also, two more weeks to release.

Konami should sell the god cab as is outside of Japan sans the light pillars, then sell the pillars as an optional add-on should anyone want it.

I'm still confused as to whether or not they're marketing that beautiful machine as a package with X2 or just upgrade kits for it for those who bought X new. (Remembers seeing the SuperNOVA red cabinet in the Japanese arcade flyer for X2)

I think he means, is the Japanese difficulty text only for HAPPY MODE? Since even at AOU2010 it wasn't seen in PRO MODE, and as far as I know, we haven't seen any shots of HAPPY MODE.

Looking forward to that song as I believe dj TAKA composed it .

I hope this game still has a solid list of non-J-Pop licenses. Not that I dont like J-Pop, but I like a variety, otherwise its too much like the Japanese Wii games. We have Gouryella and If You Were Here so far at least. Also hoping for some DJ Command. More Eurobeat would be welcome!

Is it from another Bemani game? given that Second Heaven is to the left of it in the picture.

Nope, it's a brand new song. It's probably just next to Second Heaven because of how sorting works in HAPPY MODE. It KIND of looks like it might be Chance & Dice to the right.

Ah, forgot about that.

i'm guessing Happy Mode has a limited choice of songs? like beginner or party in IIDX? because chance and dice is out of place there

Um... compared with DDR Universe 2, i think Happy Mode = Beginner Mode.

All song set on difficulty on Happy Mode.
