Well, I know for sure that "hachi" = 8; so "yasoba" could maybe mean triple or something like that. And I think "yo" and "so" are "tens" and "hundred" respectively, which just leaves "ba..."

Eeeeehhhhhh i would much rather have X2 crossover + new to DDR II/DDR X3 songs than having all the X-specials appear in this game to be honest with you, i would have hoped they could have at least put them as DLC for PS3/360 but we ALL know how well that game went 
If anything and if this game has the ability, i wouldn't mind having them as DLC for this game or future appearances/DLC for next year's DDR CS.

If you have DDR Extreme JP PS2 , you can make all X-Specials by Edit. Except Candy*

I'll be happy with those. I honestly can't wait for this game either way, but it would be better with these.

Related to nothing, but i hope next time they want to do X-specials or whatever challenge-only songs, PLEASE INCLUDE THE OTHER (original) CHARTS TOO. They take just a few kilobytes at max.

Yeah, I would have appreciated having the original charts for the specials on X2 CS, especially DEAD END.
I really don't want to see specials ever again, just new challenge charts for old songs.

The problem with that is that some of those songs already had Challenge charts. Where would the Special chart go? Also DEAD END had stops and BPM shifts that didn't exist in the original.
I really like how the Chinese versions in X2 are accessible only by selecting the new Challenge chart of a song, rather than making the Chinese versions a separate, Challenge only song entry.

Konami should not have a problem with this, beatmania IIDX has Another charts that have different bpm or even completely different song.Also, EVOLVED songs.

In DanceDanceRevolution I don't think Konami has ever had the same song behave differently between its charts.

At this point in time, KONAMI should implement a new feature such as per-chart timing or split timing as what Stepmania 5 calls it. PIU FIESTA already have it, and of course, SM AMX and SM5. This will enable Dead End GRS oni chart to be added to original charts from 3rdMIX.

Really? I see one on the shelf at mine but it has no price tag. I might go there tonight, for 10 buck it would make a nice gift for a friend learning the game.
How much is all the DLC for that game total? Anyone remember the number of packs and their prices?

It should be $30 altogether. I believe there were 6 packs plus the free long song pack. Each pack was $4.99
