If you look very carefully, in some of the "I Need You" videos in DDR Extreme CS or DDRMAX2 US, you can see beads1 (or beads2)... O_o

DDR UNIVERSE 2 is the only game in the ULTRAMIX/UNIVERSE series that does not have any new songs as DLC.

Timepiece Phase II was listed DDR SN US CS's master songlist (whatever that is). Although there's no data on the disc or anything else that shows that it could have been on there at one point.

Timepiece Phase II was listed DDR SN US CS's master songlist (whatever that is). Although there's no data on the disc or anything else that shows that it could have been on there at one point.
In the game code, DDR simplifies song titles by shortening them to a 5-digit string of text. For example, "Heavy Is A 67 Metallic Gray" is shortened to "heav". The Master Songlist is a text file that lists all of the strings used in the game.
Around the time DDRMAX USA came out, fans figured out how to extract the file from the game disc, and view it as plain text. The ZIV staff keep an updates version of the list here :
http://zenius-i-vanisher.com/ddrmasterlist.txt
It includes a lot of songs which were planned for each game, but never got included for whatever reason. Getting assigned a text string is presumably the very first thing that happens, so that it can be used to reference all of the song's assets, so in most cases, this is the only trace of the song ever left on the disc.
Since DDRMAX, we've seen a lot of the 'missing' songs mentioned in the Master List show up years later, so it's possible Konami just stockpile completed (or half completed) songs, and release them in a later game, when they think the time is right.

The DDR cut of NIGHT IN MOTION is some sort of remix. Here's proof:
In DDR 4th Mix, NIGHT IN MOTION runs at a constant tempo of 131 BPM. According to MixMeister, which is a fairly reliable source, the full version of the same song is only 127 BPM.

on topic of master songlist things, one interesting thing is that they referenced Decade as "tako", referring to it being composed by dj TAKA and kors k.

DDR GB, DDR GB2, DDR Ultramix 2, DDR 2nd Mix for Dreamcast and DDR Extreme 2 are the only mixes where the songs Captain Jack (Grandale Remix) and Dam Dariram do not appear together; the first three didn't have Captain Jack and the last two didn't have Dam Dariram.
Those two songs have appeared together in DDR 3rd Mix, 3rd+, Euromix, 4th Mix, 4th+, 5th, Extreme, Best Hits, Party Collection, X2, X3 vs 2nd Mix and DDR 2013.

DDR Mario Mix had a chart where an entire part of the song was consisted of 32nd/64ths. plus 32nd/64th jumps.
they're hard as hell to time. *skip to 0:34 to see what part i'm talking about*

GRADIUSIC CYBER's BPM in at least Universe 2 and 3 (and possibly other games but I don't know) is erroneously displayed as 159-167 when it actually runs at a constant 160 BPM.
Also, the menu music for UGUISU from SUPERNOVA's console version sounds like a remix of VANITY ANGEL.

In DDR 2013, Graduation's BGA was re-added, but every reference to Naoki in the video was replaced with TAG and U1-ASAMi references.
I think the only thing they edited was the text on the signs in this scene, though. Besides that, nothing really seems different or out of place in the new version.

That's most likely because GRADIUSIC CYBER is 159-167 BPM in IIDX.
