Waka Laka was in Ultramix 4. And, yes, someone would fake a screenshot simply for attention.

Imagine Konami secretly posted that shot somewhere on the web and then came out and said, "Yes, we made it look so fake, that no one would believe it, but it's true! Waka Laka IS in the game!"
