not really, it's just a LOAD of unneeded 16th streams. they're still surprisingly on sync but they're pretty dumb and misplaced

now the sky high edit chart...that is just awful (5 16th jump jacks near the end)

I like just searched for that on Youtube and you're right, it does look considerably bad.

Those jacks and insane-as-fuck crossovers, especially.

So, what exactly are these edit data blocks? I'm curious.

pretty much just random edit data that the developers left in there, that's my guess.
unless they were actually thinking about making these legitimate charts (i doubt it)

good example: stomp to my beat in 5th mix has it's default chart as the chart. you can access the 2nd mix chart by going to edit data and selecting that one. you can also access club version 2 chart for BRILLIANT 2 U

another edit: MAKE IT BETTER (so-REAL-mix)'s D-edit chart is pretty decent in my opinion

even though i believe this chart is fake simply because this song isn't on this mix.

The DATA BANK included charts for songs not in 5thMIX CS, you could transfer them to your memory card and play them as edit data on the respective MIX where the song appeared.

I dunno, this looks like a lot of my friends' regular ITG2 r21 picks

The DDRMAX2 licenses (aside from LONG TRAIN RUNNIN', TRANCE DE JANEIRO, MORE THAN I NEEDED TO KNOW (banner), and DRIFTING AWAY (banner)) have background movies in their background and banner. 86.207% of them are actually used in the song.

Holic has 155 bpm in DDR while in IIDX, it's 154 bpm.

Also, wasn't there a chart for Drop Out in the 5th Mix edit bank that was just a continuous left and right 16th arrow stream? I remember downloading a simfile pack ages ago that had all of the edit charts from 5th mix and I'm pretty sure I remember that one. Probably because it was so pointless and bad, haha.
