I would think it would be both. I don't think they would intentionally leave out a code for the GRSs and the hidden mods, costumes, etc.

Completely and obviously fake. Background isn't even close to what it is in the officials.

I believe code 4 had the same background as the one you're talking about. We'll just have to wait and see.
