Good question, intially just to fit the Japanese counterpart, there is no US version until now, in the future I could check to make a patch or show english graphics just for english language in stepmania, is not relevant at this time, is easy to manage.

Taking back to the action, more news!

I've made some things those days, and I'm finishing some drawings to make another update soon, this is what I got at this point.
1- Updated select music screen, added the difficulty tables and the footer help tip.

2- I've added the stage indicator to the gameplay screen.

3- Also added a Try extra stage graphic, and delayed the sound in the results screen.

I'm drawing the new graphics for the select style bg, and the judgement items

That's all for this post, I hope to bring more updates and release the V1 of the theme soon.

Some news:

I've splitted the song information actor in various screens and added the necesary fonts, also added the footer hint to the results screens, finished the judgement graphics, and added the initial version of full combo splash.

Keep up the good work! With the release of the song Electric Dance System Music by U1 overground, we have a chance of getting an acceptable placeholder for the interface background, since that has a good amount of footage for the clouds that appear in the background of the interface. We just need to find two video captures of the song where one has the player on the left and one has the player on the right, and then combine and crop out the top and bottom UI elements.
One question, when will the score counter display only 7 digits? For scoring systems that only use 7 digits like SN2.

SN2 scoring again on 3.9+ REDUX and AMX, but on SM5 should edit the scoring script using A scoring instead of SN2 scoring.
Aslo, the evaluation stage windows are divided on judgement (EX score here), workout and ranking

Either way both SN2 and DDR A scoring systems use only 7 digits, so the theme should display only 7 as well to match the arcade game (that is, when the respective scoring system is selected)

SuperNova 2 scoring available on Stepmania 5 settings, but sees DDRA has new scoring system, this seems you need to code more and more. 1 million still the max score, but the judgement got different scoring (reference : RemyWiki).

That was a joke, I've got traced all the letters, but they aren't tuned to fit the proportions and also are not painted, and haven't the glass effect, that's why I haven't changed the placeholders they will be updated when they are done

Since the + and - are virtually the same between different grades (excepting color), it's fairly easy (relatively speaking) to edit the images to get the proper + and - grades, especially since it looks like you already have the base letters.
I'm looking forward to the theme when it's done!

You'll need to edit the judgements manually (don"t they work similarly to sprites?)
