DDR SN3 idea

I hope Konami doesn't use Ultramixes or even Universe Song wheel. That's just pain sick!

I thought that the Uni song wheel was a nice twist on it
The general theme wasn't that nice though.

Maybe they could use something like hottest Party, where it's not exactly a wheel, but it scrolls down the curvy side.

I think a black and white interface would be pretty sweet

i would also like if it was called DDR BlackHOLE even though some others wouldn't
in which case it would have a black and indigo interface

Boss songs would be named after well known stars (Rigel, Betleguese, Alpha Centauri etc)
with the hardest being Sirius, since its the brightest star seen from earth.

There could be a Black Hole behind the song wheel, and your selection could get "sucked into" the black hole.

BlackHole sounds good i quite like the idea of it. I have to say it's a bit difficult choosing the perfect name for a upcoming DDR game.

I would rather have battery lives included as a selectable mod.

EDIT: the groove radar from stepmania was pretty dodgey to begin with, we're all probably just used to it because that's all we were seeing until it was messed with in SN1.

lukey, when you said the ones from stepmania, did you mean the 3.9 groove radar [that is ddr max] or the supernova stepmania one [the one from ddr supernova]?

maybe your right but Rigel, Betleguese, Alpha Centauri would be normal stages songs. sirius would be a 9 footer heavy and 10 footer oni [challenge]

oh, also sirius would be a great name for a boss song if they make sn3!!!

Also, with Alpha Centauri being the first unlock. But I couldn't imagine any song with these names being more than just trance...maybe the next one won't even have a theme...

lol that's funny because I've made songs and remixes named after actual stars already. (Sirius, Procyon, Regulus, etc.)

And if they did name them after stars, Betelgeuse, Rigel, and Deneb should all be the boss songs, seeing as they're very high density stars (supergiants) and they are at least 400 light years away.

Sirius is too close. (I made a trance track out of that)

I don't want to sound like an ass or anything, but why do people feel that the next DDR will be called Supernova 3? Why not just refer to it as "the next DDR"? It's not that hard typing in some extra letters with spaces.
