What the!! 100% on the new dan?
That's insane!
I have spend my day challenging it but could never see the end of Clamare.

I do have some early complaints with the update so far.
I felt that the top object have been slightly downed (their position on the screen), or maybe it was my own fault, but I made lots of miss by actually taping notes too high on the screen.
Also, the new effect for "same timing" objects makes it a lot more harder to see so far. I guess it's a matter of getting used to it, but same as my previous point, it got me tons of miss
And finally the bug that so far is killing my motivation to play all the new songs: playing on Super Hard actually removes your "Full Combo and All Just Reflec" seal. It may be a small detail, but for me, it's been killing me (took me 4 credits to just get my groovin' level 1 folder done, since I had to re-do songs at least twice)
Guess I'll only challenge this new Dan, and the reverse Mystical Strike before they do something about this (hoping they do)

Edit: I complain but the new songs are great however!
From the returns of some people, making object smaller seems to help with the new display of the "same timing notes"

I still haven't heard of anyone clearing it in Mystical Strike, the difficulty is insane (starting with 200 life, one miss remove 30, a JR miss insta-kills you...I died on the first JR). Seems like even ranker such as NEXT failed it

Weird selection of songs they are bringing. It's not like BEMANI to bring all of these older songs in at once for an event. At least not with their track record as of late. >>; Even more weird to bring Absolute/Logical Dash since they haven't been touched in ages.

This time it's a selection of song that had impact on DJ Totto, next time will be TAG's selection apparently.
I guess we'll get a bunch of old songs, and just because of that, it's a pretty awesome event

Talk about a blast from the past. These songs are over 10 years old now, well into their teens and it's great to see them come to the most popular BEMANI game of the moment. I hope some of the artists yet to be featured dig down even further. I would love to see some beatmania III or early pop'n music make a triumphant return.

LOGICAL DASH is digging down pretty deep as it is. I'd be (pleasantly) surprised if one of these were to pull up a song that's even older.

fake edit: I wonder why they didn't use one of the existing jackets for ABSOLUTE? It already has two, so why'd they make a third?

Maybe they just wanted to use a jacket that is closer to the original BEMANI game that originated ABSOLUTE? Same with era, as both new jackets are taken from their respective videos.

I'm actually happy to see these old songs reappearing as crossovers. As TAG's the next artist, I think that he will choose old DDR and GF/DM songs.

Absolute is pretty fun to play

I'm also really pleasantly surprised by era being the last song this time, I love this song (and also, it was pretty fun to put nostalmix as the normal song and the have step mix as the special chart. Twice the fun!)

era (nostalmix) has a SPECIAL chart, and when you play it, the song becomes era (step mix).

They are both nice songs imo, and anyway Reflec Beat already gets tons of update and exclusive new songs, it's just barely behind Sound Voltex for that matter, there is nothing to complain about old songs transplanted. This is not DDR...
