This is closer than I expected o.O.
I have to leave for school in about 20 minutes and won't be home until past 4 PM EST, so I'm going to keep this going until someone breaks the tie, and I'll update the results for it when I get home if the tie isn't broken i'll change my vote. For now though...

I'm adamant about my choice; I really, really, really don't like MAX 300's chart. It's just an artifact; a much more legit 15 (a MAX 300 10) would be roppongi EVOLVED, IMO.

It seemd like they could have done much more with Oarfish, at least they could've given it an Oni Chart. Blind Justice was fun for the sole sake of the 16th run which comes out of nowhere
