NO jun + EVOLVED song as bosses? D8 But that's been DDR Wii tradition since HP1! I'd live with it if we got a boss song like Pluto the First though. D8

Disney Grooves and Winx Club say hi.

I think if we get any more Replicant songs, they'll be the easier ones. That way they can be listed as 9 footers and there's still room for new boss songs we haven't seen yet.
Possession is confirmed, and IIRC that's the 2nd hardest RDa song.Neutral

Besides, there are six (seven if you count VD) RDA songs, three of which are 9s. On any given Wii game, we've had 4 10s--the three EVOLVEDs and the jun song. You also have to take into account that not all gamers have seen RDA songs before. The Konami team seems pretty apt on capturing a "casual" audience, and "casual" DDR players wouldn't be the kind of people to know what RDA was before DDR II.
We're already ahead of the game when it comes to EVOLVED/jun bosses as it is; 2010's bosses are in X3.

That's what I mean. Possession might end up being the hardest song in the game, so if other RDA songs appear, they will probably be the 14s, and they won't be listed as boss songs, just regular old 9s.

Aaaaand the inclusion of POSSESSION is precisely why the 1-10 scale is completely inadequate and will only frustrate players when they include something like ZETA and rate it 10 as well.

No Challenge. Steps not inspiring so far. The X2 stuff is amazing, but not if the rest of the game is the same bland CS stuff we've seen from last year. Could be good, but I'm not sold at the moment.

It's Konami.

As opposed to being? Seriously, why the hell do you people play these games but turn around and think they can't do anything right.

I'm saying we don't know what they're going to do next. Anyone else remember that one SN2 location test that revealed everything before the Asian version was fully unlocked?

lol I second this. I remember people were freaking out over the planet songs only to have the unlocks reset once Konami found out.

The SN2 location test was simply due to an error that caused all the courses for the game to be unlocked, they didn't WANT them revealed, as evidenced by the fact that they changed the software shortly after it was revealed. I'm fairly certain that they meant to put POSSESSION in the E3 songlist.

I just noticed there is a really nice slot for Challenge difficulty to slide in under Expert; a space that was never there previously on Wii games. Here's hoping? Also, the difficulty rating interface is like X2's and could easily be changed to X style 1-20 ratings, which U1 was asking about on Facebook. I really hope they switch to that style. These two things would definitely make me excited for the game.

Also, the licenses we know so far are pretty bland. Natasha Bedingfield still can't sing.

It was a glitch that Konami accidentally made. Therefore, they did that action.

"Give me a steady beat."
You're still comparing things they do on accident to things they do on purpose.

Before DDR II fully created, just want all Replicant D songs appear on DDR II. Including Valkyrie Dimension.

And for bosses songs, hopefully not always set on special stages. Seriously, very distracted. Oops

Even i can't see the arrows clearly when played Pluto the First on HP3.

Imagine if Valkyrie Dimension on DDR II : Beginner = 7 Light = 9 Standard = 10 Heavy = 10

"Well."
I can't wait to see a full song list. OTL And I'm not too thrilled about how X2-ish DDR II is looking. :/ For 4 (5 if one counts MUSIC FIT) games now, there was a much more fresher and original look for DDR. (At least to me, who never played DDR before getting HP1), and now we have PS2 characters butting in. I do seriously hope that we see HP characters...haha.

It would be interesting to see a Challenge mode for DDR Wii though. D8 I thought it was a lot of fun the first time I tried it on DDR X.

I wonder about long version songs on DDR II.

On DDR 5th Mix, the long version it could be licence song or Konami original songs.

First: You don't really want RDA songs on the Wii. I don't think anyone can pass most of them on a flimsy Wii pad and it just adds to the frustration of people not being able to "complete" the game.

Second: Konami does not have to stick with preconceived conventions. Just because they do things one way in the past doesn't mean it will be repeated. They could make all the licenses be unlocks all of a sudden if they wanted to, stop putting expectations on the game based on mixes released 8 years ago.

Third: As for DDR II looking very "X-2ish", there's only two songs from X2 that's in this game, Sky is the Limit and Possession. The AC characters being in this game is a direct result of the hundreds of FB users spamming "we want AC characters in the Wii game".

People complain that Konami never listens then complain when Konami DOES listen. We asked for everything we're seeing right now. We wanted longer songs, we wanted X2 songs, we wanted doubles mode, we wanted AC characters.
