Rewatched PARANOiA Paranoia Agent and reiterate the recommendation. I thoroughly enjoyed the messed up story that was woven around all the characters and the incredibly strange ending.
Also, the second episode's character is a schoolteacher and a hooker. Dual Personalities!!!
In all Seriousness: Fun, Creepy, Humorous, Disturbing, Schizophrenic, and very, very odd. That's the show in a nutshell.

If it's horror you like, Then watch Death Note, Tsukihime, & Boogiepop Phantom. (don't underestimate titles.)

Be aware that apparently the Tsukihime anime sucks in comparison to the visual novel. (I haven't watched it, so I don't know first hand for sure)

I'm not sure. I don't get easily scared. Creeped out, but not scared.
Probably if they put all horror animes in the hands of M. Night Shylaman, it would be scary.
P.S. How are you supposed to say it sucks if you never seen it?

I'm not the one saying it sucks, it's the ones that are fans of the original source, the visual novel. Also, I don't think Tsukihime is nearly meant to be purely horror in the slightest.

Currently making my way through Fruits Basket. Shigure is one of my new favorite characters in the world with Tohru being a close second.

Zukin Man, I'm gonna say Fate/Stay Night if you're into fantasy.
Right now I'm into mecha anime, and are in the process of re-watching past shows I've seen on AXN (asian watchers would know that AXN had anime before it made Animax). I have my eye on Kacho-Oji and Dual Parallel Trouble adventure but I would only recommend those for 80's rock fans (it contains homages and shout-outs to Black Sabbath, Zappa, John Sykes [composed opening song], etc.) and those that are well-versed on Tenchi Muyo, respectively.
I'm looking forward to re-watching G Gundam, Wolf's Rain and Stratos Four.

It was based on a visual novel, though, right? Would it be considered work-safe?

THATS A GREAT IDEA I WILL WATCH ALL THREE OF THEM TODAY
Or maybe I'll just start with Hidamari Sketch. The box says it's rated PG, so I don't imagine it would throw up surprise tits while I'm at work.

Decided. Bringing Hidamari Sketch to work. Will probably start on Kannagi or Big O when I get home. Thanks everyone.

There is one scene where Shiro walks in on Saber in the bathroom, but there's no actual nudity seen (at least not frontal).
And when Sakura Mato gets kidnapped and almost offered to bring out the Holy Grail, she is seen wearing something black and tight.
There are some risque moments but nothing really NSFW (at least for a 14+ age audience).
