Bioware is giving away the Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut soundtrack, just the tracks that were added or changed with the DLC. But you have to be a member of their social network to download it.
Screw that.
Screw that.

Ah, damnit.
I took apart my laptop and put it back together to try and fix it and after putting it back together, I've got two screws left over. On top of that, my laptop still doesn't work.
Not looking forward to asking the dumbasses at Best Buy what I should do with this thing, because 95% of the time, their solution is "wipe it".

Starts up, gets to the STARTING WINDOWS screen, the logo pulsates for a while, and after a minute or so of not actually getting past the logo, the screen starts to flicker lines of pixels before it shuts itself off.
I remember having a similar problem like this a couple years back, now that I think about it. I might be able to partition some space and put Ubuntu on it and run that instead of Windows, provided it doesn't shut itself off partway through the process. Probably more of a temporary solution though, since I'm pretty awful with Ubuntu.

If that's really Windows fault, that some serious data corruption. It sounds like your graphics chip is getting too hot. Make a Live CD and try to get that to boot, if it does, then it's Windows, if not, then take the thing apart and check the fans. Once I took apart an Inspiron that was perfectly clean except for between the fan and the air vent. The dust caught there was a thick blanket that I peeled off in one motion.
Also if you haven't, try booting Windows into Safe Mode (F8), if that works then re-install your graphics drivers and see what happens.

Already did that yesterday. I remembered it solved a similar problem a few months ago, so it was the first thing I tried. Cleaned out some dust, but it didn't help. However, it did help to stretch out the amount of time before the computer shuts off which seems to support the "something's overheating" theory.

Tried Safe Mode with Networking, didn't get all the way through the list of drivers before it froze up. Tried regular Safe Mode, and it worked at first, but it shut off shortly after starting a recovery attempt.

Putting that off for the moment because I don't like having to make new CDs for stuff.
Also, tried using the Ubuntu CD I had. Like Windows, it gets as far as the logo before it grinds to a halt, throws pixels at me, and calls it a day.

Same difference. Okay, definitely not the software.
Only thing else you can do is remove, regrease, and reseat the heat sink on your CPU and GPU. Usually there's only one for both to save space but if there's more than one redo them all. Because if that doesn't work then you've got logic board failure.

I have a digital copy of RB3 and a guitar controller. I just need to re-download the game though.

I'm taking the quitting back; I should have put up on LiO that I was going to take a bit of a break due to more PC gaming and stuff (RTS titles like League of Legends and Dota 2 for example) compared to consoles.
EDIT: Reason I had to take a break is because my Xbox console was actually too prone to freezing, even in the dashboard for some stupid reason. Clearing the cache didn't do shit. I had to back up my game saves and format my hard drive for this case, and the freezing was reduced greatly surprisingly.
