There's no spinning, even without double stepping, I can guarantee it, just try the pattern on the floor or something and you'll see.

Yep, no double stepping. Just start in the center of the two pads, left on R1, right on L2.
Then left on R1, right on L2. Turn to the right, put left on U2. Crossover, put right on R2. Candle, put left on D2. Crossover, put right on L2. Turn, put left on R1. Turn, put right on U1. Crossover, put left on L1. Candle, put right on D1. Crossover, put left on R1. Turn, put right on L2. Turn, put left on D2. Crossover, put right on R2. Candle, put left on U2, U2, U2. Right on R2.
No spinning or double stepping.

Still looks like spins. I don't have a DDR machine within the city or two good metal pads I can lock together to play doubles so pardon me if I forget that most double-step/spin patterns are nullified by a second pad.

Nope.

PH is for final stage I believe.

I really can't play DDR at home because my fat self may crack the floors in my apartment building. So I'd have to resort to arcades to improve my skills (highest footer cleared is 8 on the old scale, and Venus).
