It appears Capcom has acknowledge this. I was trying to check my free tickets on the app and it appeared a message related to a server´s reset. The app was then restarted and a new message appeared on the news: Missions 136-9~136-14 and also Mission 136-17 had an error in which prizes obtained on "mission clear" were not sent to the Present Box's list. It appears this was fixed, but you need to restart the app to get the prizes that were "skipped".
UPDATE
Next RSF announced and will begin on April 28th until May 8th. Also, not really sure but it seems there will be a second new music song on this event starting on May 3rd. Can someone else confirm this?

Just wanted to try the Master chart once, but anyway thanks.
Now that I got a yellow unlock I spent some crossbits on the two 777 sets. Now let's see if that "raises" the drop rate with green tickets + a few premium (no more than 50) until May 8th. (The main goal is to save as many tickets as I can for the big unlock event on December).

For some odd reason, I've been getting better luck with FREE TICKETS more so than PREMIUM TICKETS. It just "feels" like the FREE TICKETS give a slightly higher chance to get yellow and green ULCs.

Finally unlocked Master, sharing it now! I'll try to unlock Standard and Hard sometime soon, but for now my wrists are sore from playing the Master chart so many times trying to FC it and always falling just a little short. (1 freaking Fail!)

Just Free/Green Tickets and around 20PT. One could say "luck is on your side, spent more", but I know this game well enough to realize the next could probably requite 1000+ premium tickets. Besides, I still want to know how much I can save with:

I cleared IONIZATION´s Master chart on Ultimate Mode. I didn´t expect myself to clear it at first, but then I found it to be somewhat of a breeze in the end.
