You should be for reasons that are quite obvious.

We probably will be able to eventually play it, but it'll most likely be on a half-assed watered down cabinet that even Betson would be disappointed in.

I want to say that Party Collection was the first game to use "SySF."

Dancing Stage Fever, by about two months.

So wait, I'm a little behind on the situation with the American release. I know the game is coming out here in about a month, but has anything been decided for the states?

I mean, obviously if they take more time to hone the specs on the cabinet and whatnot (like they haven't for the last few releases lolol) that would be best, but a date would be good too. Laughing Hard

There is no release date set for the US as of yet.

Unlike DDR X, which had an America/Europe announcement days after the Japanese announcement, X2 the arcade is, so far, exclusive to Japan.

Oh, okay. On one hand I like that (cause that means I get to play it first lol) but I miss international competitiveness. It sucks that I can't compare my scores to anyone in America, hahaha. I hope it gets a worldwide release sooner than later! (like, before the year is over)

I think Betson is in time out.

Edit: Wonder if the delay is Konami shopping around for a new distributor.

According to BEMANIWIKI, Second Heaven's Double Expert chart got a difficulty decrease, from 14 to 11. So that's probably the change that was alluded earlier in the thread - and I imagine we're not seeing any changes for that screwy Singles chart.

Though IIRC, the Doubles chart wasn't much better.

Both charts were rated down to an 11 as well as Dazzlin' Darlin according to what I read on 2ch but BEMANIWiki apparently didn't get the message.

You're on! If I remembered my rival code I'd post it for you, hahahaha. I'll get it tomorrow.

And man I hope Betson is in time out, cause I heard they majorly messed up the American release for X. Never got to play it but it sounds like... the worst of the worst.

If I can ever find the one I heard was in Columbia (South Carolina), I might be able to confirm that too. Laughing Out Loud I heard from a friend that it didn't have a solid metal sheet on the pads, though he doesn't play (and conveniently forgot where he saw it) so I really want to see for myself.

I really hope this game gets released in early June cause at the end of June I'll be back in America for a month. Also I hope upgrades are released the same time unlike DDR X. Additionally I hope there wont be any serious lag problems like before.

June would be smart for Konami, even if only for Japan and Asia. Catch the summer crowd. Hopefully America and Europe won't have to wait much longer than that for theirs.

Maybe if English upgrade kits are released for the SuperNOVA cabinets only... Annoyed
