How's the DDR scene in HK?

Singapore's DDR scene quiet down abit since the last Ranker... I think the casual players are sick of SN2 already

I noticed that most owners of amusement centers in the Philippines do not know that DDR supernova 2 [Arcade] requires to be connected online or to the Internet, so that all of its songs and courses are locked. I noticed that the arcade machine has wired LAN on it. What do they need and what do they need to do, so that all of its songs and courses are unlocked?

I would suspect the codes are different, but it couldn't hurt to try the American SN2 unlock codes.

At my favorite arcade , it is about the same as usual.
Some IR players quiet down a bit , but often have new players show up.

I am glad that DDR are still online at HK (except one arcade cut all Bemani games' online)
DM & GF started to offline since April.
The arcades had fought for lowering the "online fee" per machine , but failed.
So there are much arcades stopped their DM & GF ( at 1st IIDX was supposed to be included ) from online.
Hope it won't spread to DDR

Why would they cut the game's connection?

I believe Arcade centre's manager seriously have no idea the right way to make money using those Bemani machines.

I've never even seen a DM machine other than in pictures. Lucky...

Wow... the local arcade has a GF/DM machine... not a very new one, although they've been talking of upgrading it. Maybe I should check to see if they have one of these days, now that they have SN2...
