I was hoping for at least Super Mario 3D Land, but it hasn't been delivered.

Because they changed the microswitches in the controller's default config. I mean, that was even stated on their front page.

I had planned on getting one, but I think I'll hold off till my birthday. I've got some Christmas money, and I'm going to buy the IIDX FP7

The only things I got worth talking about is Mario Kart 7 and a TV stand. I was already told that my Vegas trip this year was pretty much my Christmas. Oh well could have been a lot worse.

Still haven't gotten around to playing Skyward Sword. I got to play a bit of the new Mario Kart game though. To me, I find it both a hit and miss. Some tracks lack originality both in layout and soundtrack while others were really interesting and original. Online functionality was definitely built on a bit more and runs more smoothly, but I do think there is still room for improvement.

Also my 3DS appears to hate my internet connection because it decides when it feels successfully logging on to the Wi-Fi Connection services.
In one instance it will log on to an online compatible game, such as Mario Kart 7 or Netflix, with no problems. In another instance, it will give me errors each time I try to log in, saying I am not connected to the internet or I need to move closer to the access point (both of which are incorrect because I am: a. 6 feet away from my router; and b. able to surf the net fine both on the PC AND the 3DS).
