Also one of the only reasons I'm personally upset that Dancing Stage is now Dance Dance Revolution completely is that it gives Konami an even bigger excuse to be lazy on their localisation. If DDR X AC is anything to go by I can already see 'Marvelous' haunting my sleep... along with Japanese voiced tutorials. *shudder*

Meh, I'm not too crazy about the PS3/360 look. I don't like how there's so much empty space between the life bar, score and hit zone. It makes the arrows look so much smaller. The Wii version looks sweet, however.

I don't know, "A Brighter Day" sounds ok to me really, "Taking It To The Sky" sounds too HP-ish, but it's fine, the new Dynamite Rave is iffy on my part (due to the new vocals) but it might just take getting used to it i guess =/...

The interface for the PS3/360 has me worried though, looks like what Activision would do if they made "Dance Hero", but only for the arrows and stuff...i mean, i just hope that what they said about having the option to "change the interface" means changing the style of the arrows from past (1-5thMix), present (MAX-X) and "future" (DDR 2009). Maybe even how the song wheel is, not sure .

You're right, the vocalist did sound like Kermit the Frog to me! I hope we will get the dance routines for every song in this game, that will be a wicked idea, wouldn't be?

I don't get why people say the vocalist sounds bad. She sounds like your typical KO vocalist to me....like a more in tune paula terry....whatever happened to her anyway?

She is a little too...I'm not sure. She doesn't seem into the song. It's a shame too, I think the song would have sounded awesome with Taya or Alison Wade on the vocals.

I wish they'd just stick to good vocalists like they used to instead of testing the waters over and over, because for every winner you find you generally find a... not-so-winner.

TAYA and Alison Wade would be good full-timers.

U1 seems to generally select good vocalists though, I can't think of any song he's made where the vocalist was just off.

I know it's completely off subject from you guys... But is anyone thinking about buying multiple copies just for the different features? Like oh say the PS2 version for nostalgia the wii for the balance board features (if anyone wants to actually do that), and the 360 and PS3 versions for butt loads of extra songs

Yeah, I'm thinking of getting both the PS2 and Wii versions. I would probably also get the PS3 and/or 360 versions, but I don't have either system.

I'd like to get the Wii game because I like playing with the hand motions, and I like the graphics of the system. Besides that, probably the PS2 version for regular play. If I could scramble the money up, I'd get a PS3 and get a bunch of the DLC.
