Right, that link.
Unless Konami is planning some sort of surprise DDR release in the Spring, I would guess it was X. I guess there's no way of knowing until it comes out though
. I sure hope it is that song in the video, it sounds awesome

I'm not positive about this, but I think they may have announced more than one song by them in the game. The other song being KING KONG. Don't quote me on that one though! lol I find Japanese blogs harder to figure out because the authors sometimes use wacky hip slang and other random wild sentence structure that can be hard to figure out! XD
Woo! a PV would be very cool! Hopefully they were more than they are for the SHANADOO x KIKS TYO promotion or we'll be seeing a tragic repeat of Last Message/Sense 2007!

Accroding to TERRA Official Site,
ZERO by TERRA is goingto be included on DDRX.
In DDR Staff Blog, a CS staff said

Yay for Zero! Would be cool if it had EDEN like the false claim it had during testing, but hey a new TERRA song on DDR is fine by me
