It looks to be a proprietary font used in IIDX Infinitus... If there exist a full spritesheet of the complete alphabets I can probably recreate it...

The font from DDR A is most likely custom. They didn't make commercial versions of that font, so you won't find it online.
By the way, anyone knows what font is "STAY" and "Emi"?

Medfly Bold italic for judgement, Cooper Black for combo.
I've VERY definitely seen the e-motion one before but it isn't coming to mind right now. The artist is Optima Italic, mayhaps with bold on it.
