That NTLTC chart looks awesome. Probably my favorite of all the licenses so far.
Same with the SJLT chart. It's really great. Much like PRA, I've never been an Alesso fan, but dang konami's doing a great job.

I feel the New Rules chart is an 11.
Clarity is an 8 to me as well. If there were more jumps and some freeze tricks, it would be a 9. As others have said, not much you can do with the song without it being stupidly overstepped; at, best you could push it to a 10 IMO.

bros. 04ma already has all the lineouts of the licenses uploaded 2 hours ago, except for aforementioned song
also just because the official MV or a Just Dance gameplay (Ubisoft probably pays more money for players to directly upload official gameplay of licenses from the game if that's what you're saying while DDR A20 doesn't have a designated & official recording function in the 1st place) is on yt means nothing, time of our lives' lineout got blocked even tho the song itself is on YT

that's strange, wasn't aware of it's upload (also it has 500 views and was uploaded 10 months after the song's debut and on april 1st nonetheless), especially since zerowolf couldn't enable the video for viewing in the states
then again ig copyright systems can be inconsistent and wonky, since they're not manual detection systems idk

Ubisoft has nothing to do there.
I explain you.
If you upload music to youtube (be in gameplays), youtube warns you that you have uploaded a music that is not yours and belongs to an artist, if you receive permission from the artist, you can upload it to your channel and there is no problem, but the money generated by the amount of views of the video, will go to the artist.
For that reason, Any user who uploads music receive money, unless his/her followers give donations, which is very different.

It could be that Japan have strict rules to upload musics in Youtube, it can happen.
