Same here. Production on the stepchart for Take The Gamble is taking longer than expected, not to mention having a lot of school stuff to deal with. Most likely, I can finish the during my speech & debate tournament this weekend, and the other charts shouldn't take too long to make. I'm likely not going to get anything in until right before the deadline, though.

So this was the skeleton I wanted for round 1 which was exciting but the layering for a technical probably high 11 didn't really work out the way I envisioned, so instead I made a kind of hybrid newer DDR/proper technical stepping thing that I think plays really nicely while having enough action.

I'm loving the need for adaptability this comp between the limited song pool, high risk of veto, this chart itself being kind of a risk for me, and the auctions in general, best of luck everyone! Once scores start getting given out if you want a full review discord message/PM me, you know the drill.

Also you can use my skeletons if you want for your future projects, credit would be nice if you can.

It has been quite a while since I last made a simfile (oh, I rhymed without even knowing ), so I hope I didn't lose my "spark"...
I had wanted PERFECT HUMAN at first but this was one of my other "top picks", and I'm pretty satisfied with it and how the charts came out. It's a catchy little ditty☆(´ω｀○)
This is a pretty chill song so I tried to make the charts interesting and fun without being too "overkill". has some spins in it~
All repeated arrows are intended as jacks.

This song was my first choice (thanks for introducing me, Gameoson!)- I was anxious about spending as much $ as I ended up spending so early on, but I decided it was worth it. I was excited to embrace the spirit of the title and make something super gimmicky. I finished with fewer gimmicks than I expected (I still want it to be decently sight-readable), but I'm still pretty happy with how it came out. I'm really proud of one gimmick in particular... you'll know it when you see it. I wish I had the time to make charts for lighter difficulties, though. I'd definitely do that before adding it to my future simfile category (which I'll probably request after this contest ends- or after I tap out, whichever happens sooner).

Round B Songs Folder

Hi. I'm on a mission to get in EVERY round this time (instead of skip 70% of them).


This is a pretty cool song. I bid $9 on it after listening to all of the cuts, it was genuinely my favorite out of everything. Unfortunately, the more I worked on it, the more I realized that it's actually a gigantic pain in the ass to step. It's unfortunate that there's good songs that just don't lend themselves well for stepping (there was a reason no one else bid on it for a while). I went for a veto on Friday but it ended up being worse so I just stuck with this. I think I got most of the charts down.

The 9 footer is very egregious and not as polished as I want it to be. I recommend playing it safe and looking at the 7 footer instead, I'm proud of it more than I am with the 9. I only recommend that one if you like very weird 64th gallops.
