Yes, they are all in the ZIP, all the MP3s are updated. Every track is 320kbps.
The MP3's date is dated 3 days ago, cos that's when they were encoded. I uploaded them a different way, hence the times are slightly different.

yeah, I noticed that when I started downloading. The mp3s won't play under Windows Media Player. I'm glad I didn't delete the older mp3s as it probably won't work on my PSP either.

They play under foobar/WinAMP which writes IDv3 tags under the specifications; Windows Media Player can only read IDv3 tags that are not written to the standard.

If you put the files you want through Audacity, you'll get the mp3s to run again. With tags, too.

It should work on your PSP, as for one the Sony software isn't made by shoddy Microsoft.

I take it that you won't be switching the blue arrows at the end to orange then.
Power 2
The first few measures seem a little off. It sounds like the BPM is slow, but it syncs it selfs in the second beat of measure 6
The beginning of the Tooryanse section sounds a little off.
Power 3
measure 78 sounds off but it sounds a little off but the strange thing is that it syncs itself on measure 80.
It's most likely me as there's some noise in my living room and it's hard to focus on the songs.

Or to make all the mp3s work without transcoding and all in one go:
1. Install foobar.
2. Launch it.
3. Drag the entire category into the playlist.
4. Select all the tracks in the playlist.
5. Right click and select Properties.
6. Delete the 4 from the Album Title, this will force a rewrite of the ID3v2 tags later.
7. Click OK.
8. Go to File > Preferences.
9. Click Advanced right at the bottom.
10. Click Tagging.
11. Click MP3.
12. Tick "ID3v2 writer compatibility mode (non-specification-compliant, slow, activates workarounds for common bugs in other software"
13. Click Close.
14. Select all the tracks in the playlist.

foobar looks really easy to mess around with. Looks like I got another program to mess with.
Edit: There are two mp3s in the "dirty Digital" simfile under Universe3. The uploader forgot to delete the 192kbps version. And the sm file needs to be fixed as the proper mp3 is capitalized.

I didn't think that the charts were a literal copy paste of the original's. It's pretty disappointing. At least i managed to spot the errors from looking at Say It Again D-Standard as I've been playing Hyper Eurobeat as my warm up song at work.

The category views for DS Unleashed and DS Unleashed 2 don't show the simfiles as having doubles charts, but the doubles charts are there.

Outer Limits Remix under songpack 15 starts a measure late on all charts, singles and doubles.
