DDR X also added a 3rd one that appears at pre set times in a song, they always appear unless you just sit there and do nothing.

That would explain those ones I couldn't seem to associate with a combo... geez, they have an announcer that's combo-happy but the toasties don't just show for combo? What gives with that?
