I dunno, I thought it was a good chart.

It doesn't really get bad until the last 30 seconds. Up until then I was thinking of responding, "If HP2 had only been this bad, it wouldn't have been as much of a problem.", but then it got bad.

I just heard the remakes.
RESCUE ME (and take me in your arms...) seems misplaced. It definitely needed a new stepchart. Pretty good song though.
SAY IT AGAIN (SAY IT AGAIN! ol' Piggy lookin' boy) is really good. The stepchart looks challenging enough.

It still makes me miss their originals, but either way it was a good thought in revamping them.

I'm being overly mean, it's totally fine until the end. I don't mind double stepping but I do mind when it's thrown sloppily in amongst 16ths in streams in a way that absolutely does not flow and doesn't make for fun spins or anything entertaining. Just not the sort of thing I find fun, which is a shame, since I like the song.

Then again, this is a finger game, so it doesn't matter in any way. I just hope that if it ever gets ported to AC that the steps are shuffled to be fun for feet too. It certainly doesn't impact my playing of DDR S though, so it doesn't matter.

I thought about that right before I posted, but forgot to say it. The fact that there are doubles charts hidden in these files though makes it seem sorta likely that they'll turn up on the AC. Unless the charts are actually just copies of existing charts, like Rescue Me is. (hai Senses Remix!)

They should never fall back on copying entire charts, not even for different language versions like Sunkiss Drop. Even for that, I would prefer that the chart of one is at least mirrored for the other. Even for Power Mixes, a little editing would be nice. At least the Xmixes had plenty of that.

Memories didn't have a bad chart, but Rescue Me has parts that are clearly off. Senses has a mediocre chart and had already been on three consecutive games and the remix on the very next game had the same crappy steps.

The difficulty display in regular mode for songs more difficult than 10 is screwed up.

Also, the banner for SAY IT AGAIN says DDT feat. NAOKI, but the songwheel card is NAOKI feat. DDT.
And the banner for A Geisha's Dream (Ruffage Remix) is the same as the original.

Overall, fun game though.

EDIT: A Geisha's Dream (Ruffage Remix) is really hard for a 6 on Basic. I'd put it up to a 7.

I know half of us were expecting it to be one of those platinum apps that are like 20 bucks, so I for one am happy it's only seven dollars. I haven't played it yet school sucks

I can't stand the classes in which the teacher gives a lecture-like lesson the whole time (like Science). I might as well just fall asleep.

The Groove Radar in this game is messed. It maxes out really easily; SABER WING Difficult looks like DEAD END ("GROOVE-RADAR" Special).

And aww, when I saw AFTER THE GAME OF LOVE instead of AFTER THE GAME, I thought we'd have lyrics this time. No dice.

The announcer is MUCH better in this game; extremely infrequent that I don't notice or mind. I wish AC was like this.

Fun stuff though, overall very interesting. Will try Shake Mode soon.
