Nearly dawning to completion, Checked the half and got them up and made sure they were Perfect.

Can someone please explain why this simfile category isn't showing up? The DLC category is, but not the UNI3 category proper.

Because it's not done yet. And for reasons that you will find out if you look around the site, it may not be for some time.

Now seriously Uni3 is just one of MANY games I want that are on 360. (At least the cheapest model is somewhat affordable.)

I got it yesterday for Christmas, and I already cleared Quest Mode.
Notice how I say "Clear" and not "Complete".
