I was gonna find a MIDI of any of the themes, then J it up, but seeing as I really remember that one theme, that's gotta be it.
Also, doesn't Yijing Renbuzuh Le from Pop'n Music have that same GO! GO! POWER RANGERRRS!!! bit in the chorus?

The cheapest basic box of Pocky near me (to my knowledge) goes for 69 cents at a local Vietnamese market. The most expensive is about a buck and a half at some video store in a mall.
