Unless someone did it on SN1, as far as anyone in Japan, and as far as any of the eAmuse record lists, score trackers, etc. are concerned, he is the first.

I think brosoni has had 1g on that song since X1, glad he finally killed it off. Hell, he even got Anti-matter Challenge first.

Did he used shuffle? Not that it makes it any less impressive of course, haha.

This isn't totally related but a few weeks ago there was some sort of competition between japanese players racing to MFC Paranoia, did someone ever manage to do that ?

I'm pretty sure brosoni and most other japanese players use shuffle for HDV oni. No less of an accomplishment like you said

Even RIN-GO! I think also use SHUFFLE on this song. It's like most PRO IIDX players use RANDOM so yeah. regardless of how you play it, at least it's a AAA/PFC but it would be much epic if you do it on the original pattern.

There's a video on youtube of one person pulling off a Full Combo on HDV without Shuffle. He used Mirror instead, which hardly changes the actual pattern one's feet must follow.

Any other songs that are "usually" put on Shuffle (or Mirror/Left/Right) when going for a score attack instead of their original stepchart? The first one I think of is DEGRS, which I tend to see on Left/Right more than Shuffle. Any others?

Got some videos uploaded, but I am still very behind on uploads. I have 14 AAA's I still need to upload onto youtube. Here are some I uploaded last week and today that are noteworthy.

FACE (Maniac) AAA

^Pretty dead on sync. Middle has a low density of arrows though which sort of ruins the chart.

VOL.4 (Maniac) AAA

^HUGE pain in the ass. Drifts early at the beginning and pretty much stays that way for the rest of the song. Total concentration was needed to be able to PFC that beginning.

IN THE NAVY (Maniac) AAA

^This one really sucks. I hate how long the 2nd gallop fest is and I really hate the song. Really happy I AAA'd it and never have to play it again.

BA KKWA (Doubles Maniac) AAA

^VERY difficult. This is the hardest song I have AAA'd on Doubles to date. Has some really awkward steps and pad transitions. Not synched perfect either, but feels better on Doubles then it done on Singles. I also think I am the only player to AAA it... Not 100% on that one though.

Wow, he PFC-d HDVO? Very impressive, makes me wonder if he'll get a PFC on Chaos Oni, that stepchart is insane to score on.

Chaos Oni should be A LOT easier then HDVO, I'd be shocked to see if he still doesn't have it. Even I could go for it if I had access to a SN2-onwards machine in proper condition. Crossovers @ 360BPM >>>>>>>>> tempo stops.

Another minor enough achievement for me, managed to AA Golden Sky on my very first attempt of the chart (FC with 25 greats), then later that session managed to get a much better AA FC with only 13 greats, I think I could AAA/PFC or at least SDG this one!

Played all afternoon today. Started off with a mix I never played before... Dancing Stage EuroMIX. It is one of the weirdest games I have ever played and every exclusive song to the game has a synching problem. Not only that but it is a weird cross between 3rd Mix and 4th Mix. Not only that but it has "DanceDanceRevolution" plastered all over the game. I only got two AAA's before I got sick off getting horrible PA's and decided I probably couldn't get any more AAA's.

More Than This '99 (Maniac) PFC AAA

^ Early and one of the only good exclusives. I think this has a broken jump in it as well, I had to hit that jump earlier then I would hit it if I was going in sync with the song like I normally would.

Rushing (Maniac) PFC AAA

^ Pretty on sync, but still early. Has a pretty difficult chart to PFC as well.

After I got sick of EuroMIX I popped in SOLO 2000 and got these four songs AAA'd...

SAMBA DE JANEIRO (Maniac)
THAT'S THE WAY I LIKE IT '98 (Maniac)
Because I got those four songs AAA"d I ended up AAAing all of SOLO 2000 (not counting the Nonstop's because I feel like they are more like "courses" then anything else)...


So awesome day today! 6 new AAA's and one more completed mix! probably going to pop in EuroMIX 2 and see if I can get Don't try To Stop It and Hypnotic Crisis next.

Ah~~~ it would be nice to have access to some of those machines here. Well, there is still a mostly working 5th mix and SN2 machine around, I guess :/

Anyways, 2 more for me. I never got to play Thursday's Weekly unlock last week so I got it today on single and double (not in that order). Even though it took a couple games to get the single chart and a full game to get the double chart, it wasn't *that* bad, mind you I think I got lucky with the single chart.

One more quick update on my end.


This was my 669th AAA. I want to finish EuroMIX2 with all AAA's so I needed to get this one and Don't Try To Stop It before I go back back to EXTREME to get the rest.

Speaking of which...

I am getting low on that song now. I started with 24 perfects earlier today while still adjusting to EuroMIX2's timing window (since I was playing SOLO 2000 which is extremely early) and ended the day with 7 after exhaustion kicked in.

Might play tomorrow to try to get DTTSI, depends how long I sleep in
