That one test machine with all the courses unlocked for SN2 was...weird.

First of all, it wasn't even advertised by Konami. It just...showed up. Once the leak was found out, it was quickly replaced with a regular SN2 test machine.

But I'm not really expecting anything like that. I'm just curious as to how the new "Course" system works, and what old courses are revived. And yeah, I guess the new courses should be documented, but I doubt there will be anything interesting in the X courses...If the SN2 test is any indication, they will just be a couple of "license" courses.

I've got an extensive list of things I'd liked checked, but I'll save that until we're closer to the date ;).

You're best chance is a weekday right when they open then. Then it should only be completely full, but hopefully not unbearable.

Hmm...The DDR FROM STAFF blog mentions that information and pictures from the Japanese location test are appearing in the current issue of Arcadia magazine. If someone has access to places where they sell this magazine, you should check it out and see if it has anything interesting in it~

now heres a question, is there a reason that none of the AC mixes have the momo mix of burnin the floor? at first, playing SN, I thought they just forgot about it or something, since the other mixes were on it but playing EX JP, I noticed that it didnt have the little extreme graphic.

Momo Mix is a license apparently.

Yup, Momo mix was listed as a Dancemania license in Extreme, if I recall correctly. CSFIL(SM) was listed as a license in 5th mix, but was eventually changed to a Konami Original.

I was wondering why there was no Momo recently. You would think that because the Momo mixes were of Konami originals, then it would technically mean that so are los Momos.

But how come the momo mix for Still in my Heart isnt a license? I know ive played that on SN.

Maybe because burnin the floor (momo mix) is found in a dancemania album (dancemania speed
9 i think), so maybe anything that appears in a dancemania album is licensed content.

But what about the challenge remixes, some of them were from nonstop megamixes (which were presented by dancemania) or created by remixers from dancemania. So it's very complicated.

P.S. Does anyone know a way to shorten dancemania, if not an abbreviation. I will not even count
how many times I said "dancemania" in this whole post and it's a very long word (or a brand).

Honestly that shouldn't matter. It's a remix of Konami's song, they should be able to include it if they want.

just say DM
it would be easy to figure out if used in the right context.

I avoid using that abbreviation, due to ambiguity. I don't mind saying Dancemania or GF/DM.

As for Burnin' The Floor (Momo Mix), you'd think it would be a KO. Outside artists (Midihead, Jondi & Spesh, B4 ZA BEAT, etc.) remix KO tunes all the time and they're still owned by Konami. Then again, knowing how Konami likes to commission a select few songs on each UM/UNI game, the decision may just be arbitrary.

now has the USA DDR games gotten any remix of MOMO Mix? I don't recall, so if there putting alot of songs that appeared on the first few DDR games, then don't you think that were overdue for a MOMO mix, I mean honetly I love WWW.BLONDEGIRL, Burning the Floor was good too, and Still in my Heart was alot better than the orignal IMO.

So yeah I think were overdue for one of the remixes.

At the same time, how likely is it to even get one of the Momos? Considering that STILL IN MY HEART is a only song, and that WWW.BLONDE GIRL and BURNIN' THE FLOOR are not KOs, would Momo even have a chance?
