Gears 3 players, remember when they said the Sawed-Off Shotgun was pretty much useless outside of melee range?



I was unaware the range on it was that ridiculous. From what I read though, they've already fixed it in a recent update.

Yeah um....Yeah. The sawed-off is over powered. Me and Richard played wingman one time and I got a triple kill with one shot that killed a team and another person down. Plus I avenged Richard in Thrashball by killing two people that killed him that are standing side by side which was aligned perfectly to each barrel of my shotgun. Epic, do us a favor, and eliminate this problem.

So, apparently the version of My Only Shining Star that's on the BK Moves 'n More promo disc is the DDR Ultramix/Universe version. Right? I was just wondering because it sounds waaay different than the SuperNOVA/IIDX version. Hmm...

I thought the public beta was closed for registration. I guess I heard wrong.
I would if I could, but I'm getting errors on the links on the blog. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a US-exclusive offer. Oh well, the update is only a month or so away and I'm actually not too fond of how the interface will look.

Well I saw it on Facebook since I followed Xbox on FB today. Probably the only reason I'll test it is to see the YouTube app.

EDIT: I could be wrong, but the new interface, is that going to be similar to a few cores of the Windows 8 preview?

I got that one pretty much on Launch Day. Got him down with the Lancer, swung his head with the Gnasher, without trying. It can be done with private matches as well, as one of my friends got it while executing me.

Yeah, but I'm a tremendous pussy who only plays private matches against bots. If I play public games, it's in Beast or Arcade.

Dark Coz: I signed up for it, I've done tons of Xbox beta testing before when they did for the Fall 2010 dashboard and when they sent out free copies of Halo Reach. Hopefully this one doesn't screw up party chats like last year did (I'm sure it won't)
