jubeat plus / jukebeat (iOS/Android)

All this waiting since November for a new Jukebeat pack has me all like:

"Rev up those fryers, 'cause I am sure hungry for one Jukeb-"
(KONAMI throws me)
"MY LEG!!!"

So I think it's official: while Jubeat Plus keeps getting new stuff, Jukebeat is left in the dust. KONAMI has ended support for it.

On a more positive note, I could keep on trying in Jukebeat to clear tough songs, and make do with the song packs that I have and that are in the Jukebeat Store (even if it means no Saucer Fulfill songs in the future which means no MARUDE MATRYOSHKA, sorry Alt 2.0 ). Or I could just attempt to get a Japanese App Store account and get Jubeat Plus like many of you here have done...

All in all, I think I shall just stop worrying and waiting for a new Jukebeat pack. It's just a game. Besides, if I want to hear the songs, I can always just give them a listen on YouTube without some of the stress that comes with some songs of a harder difficulty.

New pack available for the Japanese version, "chouchou merged syrups." Another band virtually unknown outside of Japan and one that doesn't sound like something I'll get.

Really enjoying this Challenge Scratch mode they added to jubeat plus

Gives me more incentive to actually play the game more often than a few times per month lol

Also 01angel, unless specified by KONAMI I don't think they have 'officially' ended support for Jukebeat, there could still be life for the International version, especially if Jukebeat also gets the Challenge Scarcth mode implemented

I dunno, pop'n rhythmin also died an uneventful death with no formal announcement. DDR S+ stopped with new DLC to no fanfare. Of all the games that died, only Dance Wars got a formal announcement, and that's because the whole game was getting bricked thanks to the third-party support ending.

Seeing that there are no 'leaderboards' in jubeat plus for the new Challenge Scratch Mode,

How to check your ID/Add a RIVALS ID:
- On the Challenge Scratch screen, tap where it says 'MENU'
- Tap either the second option (a 'checkmark' box) or the third option (a person under a magnifying glass).
- Second Option: This is how you can change your 'name' in the leaderboards as well as to see your ID.
- Third Option: This is how you find other players by inputting their ID, along with your ID shown at the bottom.

And that's it so far as I know.

Weird choice to bring Frogger's Song over to the Japanese Jubeat. But if they're doing that they certainly must be running out of songs. And yet they aren't bothering to release the other prop songs.
