Could this get any closer to an advertisement?

"On ZiV I'm like Princess Diana"
am-net has updated the upgrade kit information. It was also be released in January and will cost 348,000 yen.

http://am-net.xtr.jp/game/profile.cgi?_v=1215600983

The DDR FROM STAFF blog made a post about the American location test today:

Quote: My kinda correct translation.

...And suddenly, all talk moves to other countries.
An American location test has been planned.
In other words, the new machine has crossed the ocean.
Please expect the worldwide development of Dance Dance Revolution!

Actually, recently "fresh!", among other things have been written a lot but the true nature of the freshness was "Various ones are written in English!". There are some phrases on the instructions stuck on the machine from the game, and they're in English.

(Pie Edit: I think what he means here is that many people were commenting on how there were some English phrases on the instructions on the machine, and he was saying 'Of course! They're from the game, and in the game they're in English!' xD.)

They're planning to hold a North American location test starting September 8th.
By all means, if anyone is in the suburbs of Los Angeles at this time, please come by the "Boomers!" store!

Well, you're pretty tired with me by now (By the way, don't miss the follow-up report!)

I will steam (if there is wifi)
Steam may damage your iPhone. Please take caution when dealing with evaporated water particles around electronic devices. Thanks for the suggestion though, i just tested with my iPhone and it's pretty cool... don't know where I'd use it though...

I live 45 miles from Irvine. Contemplating heading over one day... not when it's busy though....

Yeah, Irvine is about a 30 min trip from my house? Jubeat and DDRX are being tested there so might as well head down there sometime.

Updated information on the location test:

It's going from 9/8 to 9/14. So, it's basically only a week long.

I'll try to head down there on the 13th and 14th. (I live in Northern California.) I'll have a broadband card with my laptop so I wouldn't need a wi-fi network there to upload pictures and videos. I'll try to bring a camera and try to have some fun down there. Big Grin

Do you think Konami will have that machine hooked up to the e-amuse network?

They SHOULD have, last year's SN2 location test had e-amuse...so i don't see why they shouldn't include e-amuse with the location test Happy

Does E-Amuse use a wired or wifi connection?

IIRC, e-amuse was also available at the Japanese tests for SN2...but it wasn't this year. I'm leaning towards them putting in e-amuse at this test, but there's a strong possibility of it being e-amuse-less.

Also guys, remember to check out course mode. It was locked at the Japanese location test, but there should be a handful of courses on this machine.

Yeah, cause wasn't it like

1. When I believe someone found out about "Max of Maxx" or "Boss Rush IV" in SN?
or
2. When someone found Pluto on that one SN2 course, before it was released in Japan
