The issue isn't whether the songs on the home version will also be in the arcade, it's which songs will be chosen.

yeah, i did notice those...

has anybody else noticed that there are now more than two toasties.
I've seen like 3 different toasty scenes for Emi now.

I really like how the background areas are actual places rather than the psychedelic looking platforms and stuff in SuperNOVA.

that's awesome! now it's going to make me want to FC some songs to see how many toasties are with one character...lol they may even have a special "1000th COMBO!" toastie XP

Ah, I see it now. Strange...the toastie in the first Poseidon screenshot and the one in the JP CS page are both shown at the 20 combo, but are different toasties.

It's small things I also fear for; last year, SuperNOVA2 used SuperNOVA's engine: Course mode didn't even have cut-ins, it was just ripped without change. The game felt rushed and sloppy, and it was: SuperNOVA2 was barely out in arcades in Japan and just a flicker on the horizon in North America. I imagine they were very hard pressed to get that game out "on time." They're doing the same thing here, except this game will be out far before any arcade version of X, so I expect there to be loads of missing features in this game.

They have the idea of a global arcade release down, so why don't they understand a global console release should follow? Can you imagine someone who played SuperNOVA2 in the arcades then rushed out to get the home version? I do, and they were pretty disappointed. DDR X arcade looks amazing, I just am extremely hesitant with this one, I don't know if I'll be getting this year's North American CS version.

Anyways, that's just my thing, I'll say it every year until KONAMI gets their global DDR act together.
