Which dub are you watching? The dubs of that anime didn't differ too greatly. Actually I think they did a pretty decent port of it.This was actually the first anime I ever watched in terms of watching the whole series. My sister showed it to me back when I was like 12 or 13 (which later got me into watching other animes like Gurren Lagann) and I thought the characters were really well written. I always got a kick out of Tamaki's reaction (or more like overreaction) to things.
Speaking of anime, I remember just now I actually got into Gurren Lagann because of the song "Trust" from SN2.

Who knows. I'm not familiar with how international releases work these days, but in the 90s and early 2000s, album releases were usually staggered by territory. The different territories (US, EU, JP) would get an album sometimes within days of each other, sometimes within months. Music on iTunes goes through an approval process just like everything else. The content has to make it to Apple's servers, the pages have to be set up, lyrics tagged for content, samples made, etc. It's possible that the US and UK stores are handled by different teams. So even if Konami submitted the disc to both stores at the same time there could be a different waiting period.
That said... I can't even find the album on the US store much less purchase it. Are you looking at a place holder page?

You'll have to copy paste ЁVOLUTIΦN or TЁЯRA in the search bar. It doesn't show up with "Evolution" or "Terra".

It depends. I also started by watching the original (with fan subs; it got awkward when I had to switch half way through to another sub group and the translation differed slightly). The English voice actors play their part quite well, although I find the way they convey their lines not as full as the Japanese voice actors. I also found Kamina's English voice actor very different from the Japanese one (in a "not the best choice, but definitely not a bad choice" kind of way). All in all though, I didn't find it deducted anything away from my experience of watching it.
The more I talk about anime makes me wish I had more time to actually watch it.

Turns out it was the original CLUB VERSiON. The disc for the DDR PCB weighs in at grand total of 15MB of data !!, all the music was served to the machine by the attached beatmania IIDX. Does have all the operation data and graphics though. And like all 573 discs is stupid easy to mine.
