Yeah I'm pretty sure things are discounted/subtracted from the bill. I just never really bothered to ask since it's not that important to me. (Yay for free food!)

So yeah, hurricane coming in. It hasn't started yet, but it's coming. The worst should be overnight. Will post as soon as possible tomorrow to let everyone know I'm alive and well.

Coming to you LIVE from Long Beach, where the water level has risen slightly over the last few hours.
With the storm weakening as it comes up the coast, New York should be getting a tropical storm rather than a C1 Hurricane.

Anyone currently in the storm?

Yes, as you already heard me rambal, the hurricane isn't as bad as everyone says. But there were some casualties. Two Children died from trees and a parent also died. A lot of power outages are coming down and a lot of floods are happening. Luckily a lot of people from Dominion Power are restoring electricity to the streets. The only casualty in my house is one of the pieces of the fence that fell down. Hurricane Irene i'm coming for you!

Well, I ended up sleeping anyway. Only 4 hours or so, but it's still sleep. Yeah, nothing major happened, just rain and wind. We got some water in our basement but we have a drain for that.
