Put your Tiger disc in, run the installer, do a permissions AND a disc check & repair as needed. Then try and install Leopard again.

@Max: Congrats to the two of you
I just recently finished up all the achievements on the 360 version about a week ago. Getting Professor Portal is a really hard one to get when you initially bought it on the PC and later bought it on another console after all your friends played coop at least once
I'm glad I was able to finish up the achievements before the DLC came out which I bet will add more. Now the only thing I wonder though is whether it'll be free on the Xbox...

Okay.
Anyway, Nintendo's releasing a new Wii in Europe that is meant to be set on its side and has no Gamecube components. This means DDR is incompatible with this new Wii :O http://www.aussie-nintendo.com/news/redesigned-wii-console-and-more-confirmed-for-europe
Edit: Also there's a new PSP without wifi for some reason. http://www.newsden.net/sony-announces-wifi-less-psp-e-1000-for-europe-9470/

I honestly don't see this hurting DDR on the Wii too much to be honest. The already reasonably-priced original Wii has already sold a ridiculous amount of consoles and that will be the dominant Wii console in households for a long time running.
However, the Wii U will not be supporting those peripherals either, so Konami will most certainly need to switch to USB mats if they plan to continue the series on the Wii U.

So I was rummaging my Video folder when I came across the Beatmania US trailer. For the heck of it, I tried searching it up on a local classified ads site and out of all luck it was there. Quoted to be unopened and with the controller. Only downer is it's 160 bucks.
Part of me really wants to buy it, but then I remember how poorly the game did. On top of that it's close to the price of a 3DS. But it's so tempting since this will probably be the last time for a long time that I will see this game for sale.

I just bought a BMUS Controller + game for $5 + shipping (came out to $15 total). True, it isn't sealed, but many people who have it who hasn't played the Japanese games hate it, and they often come on the market for an extremely low price.
That being said, $160 is an outrageous price to pay for a game that has flopped. You might as well save up and buy a DJ DAO for a hundred or so more bucks. If you ever want to play it, just check your local craigslist. I see them go up all the time, and always for under $60 (with controller included, of course).

Yeah that's why I was very hesitant. 160 dollars is a pretty good chunk of money. I also just checked my local craigslist and nothing was up. They seem to be very rare in my town.
I don't get how they are so scarce since there had to be at least 250 sold here during its time of production.
One thing I have noticed when trying to save up for a IIDX setup is that it's really hard. So many expenses if you have to start the set from scratch (including a way to play import games).
I'm thinking it might be best if I put this idea on hold until I hopefully get a job after school.
