The record is "Longest Marathon on a Dance / Rhythm Game", there's nothing saying it has to be on the highest difficulty. Light/Standard is still DDR.

Gamers that have the experience should know that guiness records for video games don't mean anything, especially with ddr.
I'm confident I can easily out last her record by playing doubles. ooooooh big deal. :/
It's still a feat. she'll now appear in the books, so good for her.

Find me a place that'll allow me to and I'll go 24.
And if I play on Light the whole way through I'll die of boredom before I die of exhaustion.

I don't know Alan's time in "Block Buster" at Grand Ocean Coast in Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit (X360), but I've beaten Alex's time there, by over 5 seconds. Current time is 20.08 seconds. Care to beat it back soon?

Don't worry, I'll be attempting this world record soon and I'll only be playing Expert and Challenge only. I am still looking into what I need to do to get this world record setup.Seriously, she only played on Light/Standard the whole time?

Okay, something really freaky just happened to me tonight and I am still sitting here having no clue what's going on.
Earlier tonight, I was sitting in my room, doing what I usually do late at night which is sit on my laptop in my room and surf the web, listen to music, watch TV shows etc. I got thirsty so I decided to go out into the kitchen to get a glass of water. I was crossing through the living room to get to the kitchen when I noticed some light coming in from the nearby sliding glass door. It wasn't terribly bright light, but the room was pitch black, so it did catch my eye. Curiosity caused me to peek out the window and I saw the whole sky tinted in an orange color. This wasn't a bright orange, it was still dark out, but the orange caused it to be light enough for me to be able to see things I would normally not be able to at night, like chalk written on a sidewalk in a nearby clearing.
I stood outside on the veranda for a few minutes trying to figure out what was going on until I came upon the idea that there might be a fire nearby, as that can cause some brightness in the night sky. I stepped back inside intending to look online for any reports of nearby fires. I closed the glass door behind me and I turned around to close the blinds when I saw a bright-white orb of light streak outside near my glass door. At this point, I got pretty freaked out and went back to my room. I could not find any reports of fires nearby so I waited a few minutes and then hesitantly looked outside again to find the sky looking completely normal.
I honestly do not know what happened. I'm not on any kind of prescription medication although I did take some over-the-counter sleep medication about 20 minutes prior to this and I frequently take it without any side-effects. Even so, I think I'm most comfortable chalking this up to a side-effect of the sleep medication+staying up too late.

Sounds like random bright lights and ball lightning. Or Seattle underground is waking up for a party for the dead.
