This might answer your question

Based on the game database, the following licenses did not make the cut

LOVE
EL RITMO TROPICAL
Tubthumping
Strictly Business

Such a shame EL RITMO TROPICAL did not make it Confused

Oh noes. That sucks. Oh well. It should still be a good mix despite that...

"#Fashion #Glamour"
But Strictly Business is on the OST. Maybe they forgot to mention that one?

"Let's get this movin'"
well, better than ever. We will see how Konami and Betson does it better for this IAAPA.
To anyone attending IAAPA, Betson will be the one showing X3 vs 2nd Mix. Booth 2015. (nov. 14 to 18)
I hope things gets better this time and the Americas and Europe can get cab upgrades and all features (another e-amusement try or USB profiles?)

Since 2006, they have not given us an e-AMUSEMENT alternative.

DDR/DS SuperNOVA - Local machine song and course high scores plus global Internet ranking support.
DDR SuperNOVA2 - No machine local song high scores, only courses.
DDR X - Local machine song and course high scores. Flaky official USB EDIT support.
DDR X2 - Local machine song and course high scores. Flaky official USB EDIT support.

I really doubt they'll give us something. Otherwise the Japanese arcades will go: "What the hell? They don't need to pay for e-AMUSEMENT to get unlocks and score tracking!?"

"Let's get this movin'"
And the announce from BMIgaming saying the Arcades will be available only in japanese from now on... what the hell is happening here?
-
Well... Arcade sales for US is getting worse every month. But all happening in US is affecting the entire american market (DDR is shipped globally)
-
I think KDE should do something, instead of loafing aroung finding a partner in US, that will never be happen.
-
KDE should look forward other markets, like Latin American ones.
-
I hope Europe gets better luck.

About the revivals, Only original 2nd Mix songs got revived, not ones from Club version, or Link versions, unless KDE gives us a big surprise with the older Konami Original Songs.

Spoke with the arcade manager at Odaiba Leisure Land and over at St. Tropez (Ikebukuro) and Ikebukuro SPORT tonight. All of them say the expected arrival/release/whatever date of DDRX3 is November 30th, though that date is subject to change (they were told from their distributor)

I would like to see my country can get that machine in 2012 before the world's end Laughing Out Loud

I don't know how Konami is thinking by making DDR even rare outside Japan...

The difference is that Radical Faith and "a bunch of other songs" aren't CS original songs.
Of all the IIDX CS original songs that have been crossovered to DDR (more deep(ver.2.1), LOVE IS DREAMINESS, OUTER LIMITS, SOMETHING WONDERFUL, etc.) only THE SHINING POLARIS is present on an arcade release of DDR.

Then it made its way to the USA consoles and didn't get very far, sadly.
THE SHINING POLARIS was in MAX US and MAX2 US before it was in SuperNOVA AC.

I'm guessing for the 2ndMIX stuff to be in this game, KONAMI had to license them again from EMI Music Japan.

LOVE and EL RITMO TROPICAL did not appear on the original 2ndMIX OST perhaps that's one of the reasons why they are not in there.

Well, it's composed by U1, so it possibly came out first on the PSX version.

Is it confirmed they're showing DDRX3 at IAAPA? First I've heard of this.

I remember it being the artist heard Strictly Business on a ddr machine once and wanted it removed. That's what I remember anyway.

And I -think- Make A Jam was on DDR 1st mix ps1 japan too right? Along with Paranoia Dirty Mix and Paranoia KCET Clean Mix too?

Not fully. But you can go to confirm. Also, you can check some surprises or yell them for all the bad things about cabinets (or other thing you have on mind)
