According to MIEYA, an arcade is reporting that they will have this in for November 17th - Thursday!
This is doubtful though.

The thing I want the most in this game are the 5 remixes on the OST list and I can't wait to see the crossovers and new KO's. If this is as good as X2, it will be one amazing game.

That arcade is claiming that new cabs are out on the 17th while upgrade kits are out on the 30th which makes no sense as its essentially punishing arcades that already bought new cabs during the X/X2 eras. They generally will only do this kind of timeline when a newly designed cab is released (Ala X or Tune Street).
While it would be cool to see it next week, I wouldn't want it at the expense of arcades that have been loyal to DDR.

I think you're reading it wrong.
They are getting a brand new machine on the 17th.
And they are upgrading an existing machine on the 30th.

Oh I see, hmm.
Well, you'd still expect there to be a bit more info out there if it was less than a week away and everyone else says 11/30. I guess we'll see.

Well this is fine and good, 2nd Mix is getting some buff ups, graphics are improved, and some new online capabilities for it. But the biggest question, how the hell is X3 going to turn out? I am just hoping that it doesn't turn into a DDR I and DDR II songlist. As for bosses, I am having my vote that sooner or later they will probably make a boss chart for "1st Samurai" or "The Detonator." (Especially The Detonator because that song kicks ass.)

The difference is that Radical Faith and "a bunch of other songs" aren't CS original songs.
Of all the IIDX CS original songs that have been crossovered to DDR (more deep(ver.2.1), LOVE IS DREAMINESS, OUTER LIMITS, SOMETHING WONDERFUL, etc.) only THE SHINING POLARIS is present on an arcade release of DDR.

Then it made its way to the USA consoles and didn't get very far, sadly.

Ikebukuro SPORT says the planned date is the end of this month (November) but they have no more details than that.

Anyone thing X3 will show up at IAAPA this week? I'd imagine if theres any plans for it to get a release in the US, it might just pop up. Could also explain why this game is coming out this month too.

I would think it is just upgrade kits for us Aussies, but other countries are getting DDR X and X2 Dedicabs and they will have the upgrades of course

Most arcade upgrades here In Australia have had new flat screen CRT monitors installed into them, New peakers and sub woofers intalled as well
I Would think the only way Australia will get a X2 or X3 dedicab is if an Arcade in japan sell theirs cheap, its how Australia got so many 3rd Mix Korean Ver. back in 2002
I have spoken to ZAX Amusements (The Australian Konami Dealer) and they have said they have not had any orders for X dedicabs at this time.

Say, do you think the Link Version licenses will be revived? I loved Tubthumping before DDR showed up and El Ritmo Tropical as well as Love are pretty good songs.
