So, I updated my iPod Touch to be able to use ReRave, thinking a software update would provide the graphics needed to run the game. Update takes about 2 hours, and I start it up to find my photos and (non-jailbroken) apps intact...and all my music gone, mainly due to my failure to notice the button that says "Export Purchases". Some of the music can be restored through files on my computer, but if they can't, well, I'm not quite ready to throw $70 back down the shitter. Oh, and it still doesn't meet the graphics requirement for ReRave.

tl;dr iPod software update + stupid, stupid oversights = FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

I'm pretty sure, yeah. I already found a good portion of my songs, which is good.

I know the 3rd Gen plays it just fine since that's in the same gen as the iPhone 3GS. Oh well hope you get everything back. Now you will know to constantly back stuff up. As for previously purchased songs, they will still be on your account so you can just download them again.

Edit: I take that back, I forgot it only works with the Apps as you have to directly talk to Apple about redownloading music.

I really disappointed that I can't find Krispy Kreme in my town. I mean, there was one, but it's closed.

Just got back from a swimming trip with my mother's side of the family earlier. It was very sudden in that my sister woke me up asking me if I was to come along on their swimming trip. So I picked and packed my things, took a bath, made a cup of coffee all on record time. The trip itself was great except for the fact that it was so hot by the time we got there (10 am), we (except the kids) waited around for two hours when the sun was covered by clouds.

Oh and it rained in the afternoon, I got soaking wet.

As per tradition, we visited some relatives of my aunt after leaving the resort. There were big mosquitoes that bit like ants, my aunt just said that mosquitoes are just that ferocious when you're near a farm or grasses and trees.
