Passed M-02stp.ver1.01 [A], MOBO MOGA [A] and GENOM SCREAMS [A] the other day on my BMUS, the first two with B's and the last with a C. The last one isn't even a nine until the last couple measures of the song...

For Mei if you can keep a decent amount of life until the slowdown and not totally mess that part up, then you should be able to pass the song, since the last 13 measures are really easy compared to the rest of the song. If you're having trouble with the 16ths, it cold possibly help to use random on Quasar and try hard clearing it if you haven't already. Thanks for the advice: BTW, how do you pass the slowdown part of Mei Hyper? That part really messes up a lot...

Practice makes perfect. Just keep at it. I'm no good at reading slow sections either, just keep trying until you get the hang of it.

If you don't play on random, then Training mode is your friend, because you can learn how to do it in slow-mo.Even if you do use random, it can at least help you figure out the rhythm, which makes reading the notes easier.

Ugh, the first 2/3 of Kachoufusetsu [a] is utter crap. I only clear it because of the end. 
But yeah, I cleared The Strong Jaeger (Ryu* Remix) for the first time ever yesterday!!
It was a border bonus, but still. God that song is hard!
It's also my 20th 11, lol.

Ah yes, you're right. Well, I'll try it again in a day or two. I don't have a problem with the chords in waxing and wanding (until the end), which is weird heh.
