Nine revivals getting added on Thursday.

As some us may know, today the 7th KAC was announced, and MUSECA & RB aren't in the lineup. Why i'm posting this here and not in another topic? Well: I'm lazy hahaha, but also this is a serious trend because this will be the possible "dead" of REFLEC BEAT.

Thoughs about it? (I didn't expect that btw, because RB is considered a big Bemani game)

I felt like the game was dying during Volzza honestly, the first version was a little rough and 2 was just added so fast just to add more content. Then we had no content for a couple months until the generation event, with X-Treme 6 several weeks after that.

My initial thoughts with the game was that the revivals would come really fast, so the game can start focusing on KOs, but now it's kinda like what happened with DDR 2014, except the crossover content are revivals. I wonder what spurred them to change the engine for this game since it seemed like a hindrance.

the engine was to spark intrest, since the charts and all other functions would be different, so they could reattract players who had given up on Rb
i also hope rb doesn't die, it has a good OST

I have a feeling MUSECA will be the next BEMANI series to end, followed by Reflec. MUSECA has pretty much been a flop from the start whereas Reflec used to be pretty popular and unlike MUSECA, is still a little bit popular. Besides, other "flop" series like FutureTomTom and BeatStream usually lasted around two years until ending and MUSECA hits its two-year anniversary this December...
I won't be surprised if by February or so MUSECA gets cancelled. I think Reflec still has a bit of hope because it has lasted for longer than MUSECA has. Maybe if Reflec releases a new game that goes back to the old system instead of messing around with the system like it did for Volzza and Reflesia, it may end up doing what the intent of this new system was - attracting players back to it.

Reflec Beat is probably one of the easiest Bemani games to localize. It doesn't use any crazy button gimmicks, just a touch screen. In this way, a port on the iPad was simple enough to do, and has been quite popular with anyone I've played it with. Maybe if Konami tried a bit harder, it would be quite popular. I'm really hoping RB doesn't die, this is one of the best Bemani games I'm able to play with other people.

This might be the best revival set yet.

The DJ TOTTO song is supposed to be the BGA of reflesia? besides that, wow, that's a pretty good crossover list with Mynarco and POSSESSION for an anniversary event. I'm looking forward those songs.

奏醒 ～TITLE～→旅立ちは風と共に ～ENTRY～→悠久の大地へ ～MUSIC SELECT～→冒険者の集う街 ～REFLESIA MODE～→???.

I have a feeling that それは音楽が導く永遠の物語 is going to be the final new song this game receives for some reason...
Its title reminds me of Pop'n Music 20 Fantasia's EPILOGUE song, そして世界は音楽に満ちた.
