I didn't have to do anything hacky to get the game to launch. Just installed the game, opened the launcher, put in my e-Amusement login details, and it opened.

Well, I just ran into some weird problems. Starting with the 2nd time opening the game, it stops loading sounds when I get around 3 seconds into a song, and not even the Stage Failed sound plays. After this, sometimes it crashes, to the point where I have to do a hard reset just to see anything again. Anyone else encounter this?


I think it needs your KONAMI ID and password, the same ones you used on the site to log in to download the installer.

My ID, my pass are correctly typed, my e-amuse virtual card has already linked, but nothing happens... i try everything, even restart my computer, but nothing!! Anyone can give some advice or help...

Played a little bit, KOC does not work unless you use XPadder or JoytoKey but those software really doesn't like the turntable on those controllers at all

I cant get in either. Maybe we have a similar issue. After installing and running the launcher all the buttons are greyed out except for "exit" in the notifications I can make out the katakana word "error" before even entering a user or pass. BTW am I supposed to enter my Konami user ID and pass, or my temp e-amuse ID (which was random letters and numbers) and 4 digit pin?

A couple of remarks:

The first time is very similar to the first time hooking up an e-Amusement card on an actual arcade machine. You agree to a terms and conditions page, you put in your name, and you put in a location. My knowledge of kanji is limited, but I don't think I saw 米国 (USA), 欧州 (Europe), or 海外 (Abroad) in the list.

At no point was I required to put in my e-Amusement PIN.

Looking at the Remywiki page, the songlist is a lot smaller this time around. Nothing new in this alpha test as of yet.

It looks like the only thing new out of this test is a new soundset for the menus, as far as I've seen compared to some videos on YouTube of the 1st alpha test, which used the Spada soundset. Just now, though, it updated the game, but I have no idea what it might've done.

I'm getting just to the DJ name enter screen, as the letter wheel keeps going up like it's stuck. Anyone else found this problem? How did you solve it?



Edit: Made it past the DJ name screen, now I can fully assure the game thinks I'm pressing 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+TTup+TTdown. Any known fix for that?



Edit 2: Found a fix for this issue, although it's weird. Just open another window of anything, start Infinitas and switch between windows a couple of times, then it's strangely solved. This goes into bug report then.

Has anyone desynced or had the music go faster than the chart? I'm having that issue often, and would like to know if it's only me or someone else is having the same problem.

Clearing all charts unlocks 3y3s (long ver.) apparently. I wonder if ASSIST CLEARs count?

Update: By the looks of it, the latest update nuked unlocks. GG Konami. P2D:J:B:A:2015102100.

I'm stuck on the launcher. All the buttons are grayed out except for exit. I don't know what to do.

I don't know if anyone get that error or something...



I can't start the game, someone says that is an "Authentication Error". I disable my firewall, antivirus, reset my router, my computer, even download again the installer nothing happens, it's the same error...

You have made sure the ID and Password are filled out correctly in the launcher right?

The message says: "An error has occurred during startup."

I'm still having this issue also. I tried everything you mentioned. I also tried running as admin, but nothing works. I hope we can solve this. The launcher just can't connect before I can even enter the user/pass. Can anyone else think of what might be blocking us? I don't really game on PC so I don't know the usual things to disable, other than Antivirus and firewall.

Ok. I got the game to boot up but how do I put the game into windowed mode? My monitor says input not supported.
