RE: the 1st Episode thing, it probably means that these two songs will be MISSION unlocks. When that was introduced with the SOUND HOLIC songs, that was the Prologue.

Apart from the upcoming Touhou collaboration with Bemani, Voltex gets a new Policy Break

Pretty happy about it, as it means SC got a new boss finally, and the boss song will probably be this new track
If you have SC machines near, it's not even hard to unlock as you can play for free every day if you play Voltex first (and then doing tutorials, I think you can do it 3-4 times with the free point)

It took me 9 tries in a row before clearing it (and am now a few misses away from hard clearing it too)
Seriously, some recent level 15 have been on an other level, it feels a lot more like a 16 if anything
The song is pretty awesome by the way (and you feel really pumped up when you fight the boss in steel chronicle with this song)

So today opens up three contests until May 25th, another 東方Project Genesis, Appeal, and Remix contest. This time, they all focus on Oriental Mystic Dream. If you didn't know, "東方Project" is actually "Touhou Project"
